about

i graduated high school a year early and took advantage of that time to work full time in a warehouse. at the tail end of july i will escape missorui and drive half way across the country with my friend to spend too much of that money at a fancy art school!

i was vaguely interested in programming all my life, first making a ton of stuff in scratch and then a little in roblox. in 2023 i thought it could be fun to make a gmod addon since that had been and still is my favorite game since elementary school, and somehow i actually stayed commited to it. about a month later i had made a gamemode, and the whole process was so rewarding i pumped out 7(!) more addons within just that month, and have made tons more since i picked up godot wanting to branch out and i love it for bigger projects. i dont have nearly as much out that i made with godot as i do for gmod cause its a lot easier to commit to the 1-2 days to make a gmod addon vs the week for a small game or worse the 5 months for a big game project
my godot project library is a graveyard of little prototypes that didnt show enough promise for a full game
